Processes and Instruments
The backend logic is written primarily in Java and C# (.NET5/6). Our projects deal with enormous amounts of
data with data arrays with dimensions of millions by millions. So performance and efficiency are critical to us.
We focus a lot on building scale-out applications and deploying them on cloud services like AWS.
The UI is primarily built on Angular with the usage of Material Design Components and NgRx framework as a
state management tool. UI components are tested using Karma and Jasmine, and ESLint is used for code
quality checks. The D3.js library along with Canvas and WebGL API is used to visualize a large amount of data.
The application uses HTTP and gRPC protocols to communicate with different backend services.
Our clients work on a variety of hardware and operating systems. So, we support and work on Windows
x86/x64, macOS x64/Apple Silicon, and Linux x64/ARM64.
The products make high demands on the developer’s hardware. We work on MacBook or PC, Intel/M1 Pro+,
CPU 4/8+, RAM 16GB+, SSD 512GB+.

What You’ll Do
— Develop software for the bioinformation
company.
— Write documentation and training materials.
— Perform code review, write tests, analyze
and improve code.
— Help customers with deployment and post-
production support.
Knowledge and Skills Required
— 2+ years of relevant experience.
— Experience with .NET5/6/ASP.NET.
— Experience with Entity Framework.
— Knowledge of microservices-oriented architecture
— Comprehension of streaming (uni/bi-directional) in the internal communication of microservices.
— Good comprehension of the HTTP protocol.
— Good comprehension of REST architectural layout.
— Knowledge of gRPC protocol.
— Understanding of Open ID Connect protocol.
— Skills in Apache Kafka.
