Operations Manager at WOOLF INC

We are seeking a friendly and motivated operations specialist to 1) proactively support HR operations and 2) collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions to business challenges. This role will initially focus on supporting recruiting efforts and content management.

Responsibilities

• Content management on Notion and Google sheets.
• Run non-technical interviews. Prepare reviews.
• Filter candidates according to the company’s needs and standards.
• Maintain a database of candidates for different departments.
• Search for candidates through various channels (we do not limit the tools and cover all the necessary fees).
• Manage non-technical onboarding and offboarding.
• Identify areas of improvement.
• Execute on special initiatives and projects, especially those related to Marketing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience.
• Great written & spoken English.
• Deep familiarity with Notion.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must be good with spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience with different sourcing tools.
• Great sourcing skills and ability to establish a rapport with candidates.
• Good analytical and research skills.
• Experience in working with small-to-medium Agile remote teams.
