Now we are seeking a seasoned Product Manager who will develop and lead product strategy, identify trends in data, plan short and long-term roadmaps, build trust between teams, and orchestrate wide-scale product implementation and rollout.
Passion for tech, product, and design is a must.
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and conversational English С1+
- 2 years of experience generating outstanding results as a product manager in the fintech/crypto field
- Experience with clients from the USA
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to apply user insights, data, and statistical analyzes to inform product decisions
- Ability to transfer the business goals and client feedback into the design requirements
- An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences
- Experience leading projects and teams
Responsibilities:
- Work with executive leadership to drive the strategy for a key team in the learning area
- Drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate feature ideas
- Partners with product designers to ensure a fantastic user experience
- Perform experiment analysis on features and find opportunities for optimization
- Define your key performance indicator(s) which drive user growth, and achieve them!
