ОПИС ОБОВ’ЯЗКІВ
- Отримувати, перевіряти та оцінювати якість, кількість і безпеку всіх вхідних партій медикаментів та обладнання, а також перевіряти відповідність замовлення на закупівлю.
- Провести перевірку та вжити необхідних заходів для належного зберігання (включаючи штрих-кодування) ліків та обладнання відповідно до процедур.
- Повідомляти керівника та готувати звіти про товари, доставлені в пошкодженому стані або в неправильній кількості, для ініціювання страхових претензій або їх повернення.
- Вести записи та контролювати звіти про отримання та всі необхідні документи про доставку медичних матеріалів і обладнання.
- Підримувати регулярні контакти з експедиторами, митницею, агентствами ООН, неурядовими організаціями та урядовими органами.
- Брати участь у своєчасній доставці та розподілі медичних товарів і обладнання до Міністерства охорони здоров’я, клінік та інших громадських медичних центрів, а також WRO.
- Брати участь у періодичній фізичній перевірці товарів на складі та надання вхідних даних для утилізації застарілих та старих товарів.

Обов’язково: Середня освіта
Досвід
Обов’язково: щонайменше два роки професійного досвіду в сфері логістики
Бажано: досвід роботи в ВООЗ або іншій міжнародній організації охорони здоров’я

- Тримати руку на пульсі при змінах у процедурах і практиках, правилах і положеннях, організаційній структурі
- Діловода та організаційні навички
- Управління часом і стресом.

ВИНАГОРОДА
Винагорода включає річну базову заробітну плату від 13 669 доларів США (з урахуванням відповідних обов’язкових відрахувань на пенсійні внески та медичне страхування) і 30 днів щорічної відпустки.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
- Receive, inspect and assess quality, quantity and safety of all incoming consignments of medicines and equipment, and verify against the purchase orders.
- Conduct the clearance and make necessary arrangements for proper storage (including bar coding) of drugs and medical supplies and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Notify supervisors and prepare reports for goods delivered in a damaged condition or wrong quantities for initiating insurance claims or return of items.
- Maintain records and monitor receiving reports and delivery notes of medical supplies and equipment, including documents of local and global purchase orders.
- Maintain regular contacts with clearing and forwarding agents, customs, UN Agencies, NGOs and Government authorities.
- Participate in the timely delivery and distribution of medical supplies and equipment to Ministry of Health, clinics and other public health centers as well as WRO, based on the received requests and ensure appropriate receipts are received.
- Participate in periodical physical inspection of items in stock and give input for disposal of obsolete and old items. Prepare monthly report with stock positions expiry dates and the arrival of new stock.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Essential: Completion of secondary education supplemented by logistical training.
Experience
Essential: At least 2 years of progressive experience in the area of logistics. Desirable: Relevant experience in WHO or another UN agency is an asset.
Skills
The incumbent keeps abreast of changes in procedures and practices, rules and regulations, organizational structure. Good filing and organizational skills Demonstrated time and stress management skills. Good knowledge of WHO rules, manuals, practices/procedures and routines is an asset.
Use of Language Skills
Essential: Intermediate knowledge of English. Expert knowledge of Ukrainian.
REMUNERATION
WHO offers staff in the General Services category an attractive remuneration package, which for the above position includes an annual net base salary starting at USD 13,669 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
