Today, we are building a complete financial platform designed to empower people and concretely improve their lives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">By giving our 6 million users a clear, open path to pay, save, and invest, we are evolving into the definitive destination for every financial need.<\/p>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>What you&#8217;ll be doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you&#8217;ll play a key role in fuelling Satispay&#8217;s growth by building the Sales and Customer Operations teams that drive our revenue and customer experience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Here&#8217;s what your day-to-day will look like:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"min-height:1.5em\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Own end-to-end recruiting<\/strong> \u2013 manage the full cycle for Sales and Customer Operations roles, from sourcing to offer, independently<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Build active pipelines<\/strong> \u2013 proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, and other channels \u2014 not just wait for inbound applications<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Manage the ATS<\/strong> \u2013 keep candidate data, pipeline stages, and communications accurate and up to date in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) at all times<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Partner with hiring managers<\/strong> \u2013 coordinate interviews, manage stakeholder expectations, and answer daily operational questions on your open roles<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Track and report on metrics<\/strong> \u2013 monitor funnel conversion, time to hire, and offer acceptance rate, pulling reports autonomously from the ATS<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Who we&#8217;re looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you&#8217;re curious and ready for real ownership, you&#8217;ll fit in! <br \/>Does this sound like you?<\/p>\n<ul style=\"min-height:1.5em\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>High-volume recruiting experience<\/strong> \u2013 1-2 years of previous experience in a fast-paced in-house or agency environment with demonstrable output<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Sales and\/or Customer Operations hiring exposure<\/strong> \u2013 you understand what makes a strong hire in these functions and can assess candidates accordingly<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Hands-on sourcing skills<\/strong> \u2013 strong LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency and ability to generate leads through multiple channels proactively<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>ATS autonomy<\/strong> \u2013 comfortable managing end-to-end candidate flow independently, regardless of which ATS you&#8217;ve used<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Knowledge of core Talent metrics<\/strong> \u2013 funnel conversion, time to hire, offer acceptance rate \u2014 and ability to pull reports directly from an ATS without support<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Stakeholder management experience<\/strong> \u2013 previous exposure to hiring managers or clients, including handling ongoing demand and daily questions on recruiting activity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Italian fluency<\/strong> \u2013 written and spoken \u2014 this is your primary working language for recruiting in year one<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Strong English<\/strong> \u2013 able to run candidate interviews and understand native speakers without support<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Business acumen<\/strong> \u2013 genuine understanding of how TA performance impacts revenue and growth, not just headcount<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>High data quality standards<\/strong> \u2013 keeps pipeline, statuses, and notes accurate without being asked<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Tools proficiency <\/strong>\u2013 solid command of Google Suite (including Sheets and Slides) and project management tools; familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini or Claude is a strong plus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>CareAbout: how we support your impact<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">We move fast, and evolution never stops.
