You&#8217;ll be someone who learns quickly, embraces new tools (including AI), and isn&#8217;t afraid to experiment with smarter, faster ways of working.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sourcing candidates daily across multiple channels to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline;<\/li>\n<li>Screening and assessing candidate profiles to ensure alignment with role requirements and team culture;<\/li>\n<li>Conducting market research and talent mapping to proactively identify and engage potential hires;<\/li>\n<li>Managing the end-to-end recruitment process \u2014 from first outreach through to offer stage \u2014 with transparency and care;<\/li>\n<li>Leveraging AI and automation tools (such as Claude, Gemini, Zapier, Bluedot AI) to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate experience;<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment reports and ATS records for full pipeline visibility;<\/li>\n<li>Participating in team standups and retrospectives to ensure alignment, transparency, and continuous team improvement;<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to the development and optimization of internal recruiting practices and standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>We&#8217;re looking for an IT Recruiter who has:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ year of commercial experience as an IT Recruiter, OR completed recruitment\/sourcing courses with a strong desire and readiness to learn quickly;<\/li>\n<li>Experience with or solid awareness of AI tools used in recruitment (Claude, Gemini, Zapier, Bluedot AI, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray, Boolean search, and similar;<\/li>\n<li>Proven skills in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates, particularly via LinkedIn;<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility and proactivity \u2014 you adapt fast, take initiative, and don&#8217;t wait to be told what to do;<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without losing quality;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Ukrainian and English;<\/li>\n<li>Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English proficiency;<\/li>\n<li>Alignment with Kindgeek&#8217;s values \u2014 trust, transparency, social responsibility, and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Will be a plus:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working in an IT services or software development company;<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Recruitee);<\/li>\n<li>Experience building automated recruitment workflows using no-code tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>WHAT WILL YOU GET WITH KINDGEEK<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>We want you to thrive and feel supported<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Professional growth:<\/strong> at Kindgeek, we want our employees to grow and achieve ambitious professional goals.
