Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • Own execution and follow-through by\u00a0translating leadership priorities into clear actions, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Support founder decision-making through structured research, analysis, and concise recommendations.<\/li>\n
  • Act as\u00a0a\u00a0communication extension of\u00a0C-level\u00a0executives, drafting and managing high-impact internal and external communications.<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain lightweight systems and trackers (e.g., Notion, Google Sheets, CRM) to\u00a0support scalable operations and visibility.<\/li>\n
  • Support business development, fundraising, and financial planning through research, materials preparation, coordination, and tracking.<\/li>\n
  • Provide executive-level operational support, including calendar, inbox, meetings, and travel coordination.<\/li>\n
  • Operate effectively in\u00a0fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments, adapting priorities and balancing speed with quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Job Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in\u00a0English (C1+), with the ability to\u00a0write clearly, concisely, and in\u00a0different tones depending on\u00a0context.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to\u00a0work aligned with\u00a0US business hours (East and\/or West Coast) and collaborate effectively in\u00a0a\u00a0distributed team.<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to\u00a0organize work, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple workstreams in\u00a0a\u00a0fast-paced startup environment.<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to\u00a0synthesize information and support decision-making.<\/li>\n
    • High level of\u00a0ownership, reliability, and follow-through; comfortable operating with limited context and changing priorities.<\/li>\n
    • AI-driven mindset\u00a0\u2014 actively uses\u00a0AI and automation tools to\u00a0increase speed, quality, and efficiency of\u00a0work.<\/li>\n
    • Prior experience in\u00a0an\u00a0administrative, operations, consulting, or\u00a0business support role; startup experience is\u00a0a\u00a0strong plus.<\/li>\n
