Account manager at Halo Lab

We’re looking for an Account Manager to help us establish effective relationships with existing customers. You will play a significant role in creating and developing a positive experience for our clients.

Required competencies

• Excellent English skills (C1–C2).
• Experience interacting with foreign clients.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proactiveness and problem-solving.

Advantages

• Proven experience in account management would be ideal. Experience in sales or project management would work too.
• Interest in web development and web design.

Responsibilities

• Discuss with customers their business and how we can help them grow.
• Collect feedback related to our work and help managers improve their workflow.
• Work as part of our account management process and make suggestions for improvement.
• Be the client’s advocate in our team and the team’s advocate in communication with the client.

Why you might not like us

We do hope you’ll enjoy working with us, but these points are still worth mentioning:

• We’re a relatively small team with a flat structure, so if you prefer to work in a huge global company, most likely we won’t suit you.
• Right now, we offer remote work, but we’ll reopen our office as soon as we win the war. However, we have an office in Odesa only, and if you’re living in another city and cannot work from home or coworking, you may experience difficulties working with us.
