Who are we looking for?
You oversee the delicate agency-client relationship, determining client’s needs–what they’re looking to achieve in the short term and long-term–and ensuring that we deliver.

You are an extremely organized, detail-oriented, people-person who thrives in high stress and fast paced environments. You are the one to put together the brief that translates client objectives into what we do so we can do it with high expertise and deliver high quality campaigns. Daily contact with clients is part of the job, so you offer new and forward thinking ideas to maintain the communication process productive. You are confident pitching to clients and are assertive in promoting our ideas and benefits. The team will depend on you to give projects direction and maintain a clear strategy to achieve the best outcome for the client. You handle complaints, find solutions, collect and analyze data and report to the client and team in an effort to improve the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:
You will be working in close cooperation with our Chief Strategy Officer and Operations Manager, to manage client accounts and ensure campaign performance and client satisfaction. You will keep a pulse on all client campaign performance in your portfolio and collaborate with teams across the agency to deliver on contract scope of work. You are responsible for managing client and team expectations as well as increasing overall client lifetime value for Respect Studio. You will analyze campaign performance metrics, lead team discussions on campaign performance, put together campaign reports for clients and report on portfolio health on a regular basis. You will develop pitches and identify opportunities for upselling clients, negotiating changes to contracts and retainers when adapting campaigns for better performance. You also track client billing to make sure the client pays on time and is billed accurately. You will communicate proactively with clients on a daily basis and maintain close relationships with them to improve our collaboration. You are their main point of contact for any questions or concerns they may have.
Our team structure and processes are in development and in constant improvement due to the size of our company. On one hand, this will require extra self-management capabilities from you to ensure that the work is done correctly; on the other – it gives you a tremendous opportunity to build the process on your own, provide real tangible input to the company’s growth and develop yourself as a professional.
