I am looking for a full time operations manager in our e-commerce business.
You will do great if you are:

We will be creating, building, and optimizing systems for operation and growth. Throughout this process you will learn a lot about manufacturing, distribution, logistics, team management, and online e-commerce sales & marketing.

Inventory Overview and Management
We manufacture and distribute products in USA, Canada, UK, and Australia. We sell through the Amazon platform. We will work on creating a system for optimal inventory manufacturing and distribution in a timely manner.
Amazon Marketplace Management
In order to continually rank our products, we will need to create a system of review, keyword ranking, keyword research, listing optimization, and A/B testing. You will also be taking over monitoring of our listings and assisting customers via email.
Team and Project Management
You will communicate with every link of our team. You will create timelines with goals and milestones. You will also push the projects forward every day on your own.
New Product Research
To grow our current business, you will learn how to research new products and niches. We will be working side by side on launching and testing new products. This will include Amazon product research, manufacturer research, brand creation, and product launches.
Organizational Support
Finally, I need someone who is organized, takes initiative, and goes out of their way to improve our work. We will be working on creating systems to easier manage all the aforementioned tasks. This takes an organized and detail-oriented person.
