Profit Whales is a full-service marketing agency for Amazon brands, that helps them grow their Amazon business and scale it on and off Amazon.
We work with passionate people to challenge conventional thinking and strive to find new ways to accelerate Amazon business for our clients. Currently, we are looking for an experienced and self-organized Client / Project Manager who will maintain close communication with our clients and the projects’ teams (marketing, PPC, analytics, etc.), and be the link between them. You will work with big Amazon brands to support them in reaching their goals and expanding their business.
In this role, you will:
- work with clients and the project’s specialists on a daily basis
- dive deep into clients’ brands and show we care about them, using our services
- set up weekly/monthly meetings, communicate progress, solve problems and settle disagreements with clients and the project’s team
- provide updates, reports, plans, strategies, suggestions, and ideas
Skills you’ll need:
- fluent English (upper-intermediate or higher)
- 1 year+ of experience as a Client Manager or a Project Manager (or similar positions)
- basic understanding of how e-commerce and digital marketing work
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- love to help others and solve any issues with empathy and in a respectful manner
As a huge plus:
- experience with Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and other platforms
- knowledge of Slack, Jira, WorkSection, SellerBoard, Helium10, Keepa, Google Trends, Analytics
