StrategEast is a non profit organization with the offices in the United States, Ukraine, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan.
We are looking for a Communication manager who will assist our Senior Director in organizing our ongoing projects and programs. This role involves monitoring project schedules, scheduling meetings, following up on action items, taking meeting minutes, follow-up emails, and other coordination tasks. To be successful as a Communication manager, you will need to have exceptional attention to details, work on tight deadlines, have excellent business communication skills, fluent English and a can-do attitude. Experience in embassies will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

Email communication direct and assistance to the Senior Director of the organization in email communication follow-ups

Organizing and scheduling online and in-person meetings for the management of the organization

Enter information into a database and keep it up to date

Creating the list of potential participants, partners and donors from an organization’s existing networking

Reporting to and collaborating with the president and Senior Director
