Required skills :

• 1+ years of experience working as a content manager or content writer in IT
• Understanding of IT industry and terminology
• Experience in creating content plans in pair with company’s leadership team
• English level (written and spoken) – Intermediate strong or higher
• Good understanding of core SEO concepts
• Experience with analytics and website tracking tools. Able to set them up, work and interpret the data (especially Google Analytics)
• Excellent communication and self-organization skills
• Highly result-oriented, proactive and ambitious person

Would be a plus:

• Experience in close collaboration with Sales/lead generation departments
• Good understanding of US culture and mentality
• More advanced knowledge and skills in SEO and analytics tools

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with marketing team, Sales and CEO on creating content roadmaps/strategy
• Create content posting plans
• Research the topics of interest (industry domains, tech, general IT trends etc.) in more detail to provide more effective content guidance
• Create technical tasks for content writers
• Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts according to SEO requirements
• Coordinate tasks between different teams (content writer, SMM publishing, design, HR etc.)
• Work with analytics tools to measure webpage performance
• Ultimately the goal of this position is to  take over the entire content creation, delivery and analysis process
