We’re looking for an analyst to join our Product Team. May it be you?
You will collect and analyze data to refine and improve our courses.
First of all, we are looking for candidates with a lot of empathy, a non-hierarchical worldview, strong initiative, the ability to drive processes forward, a belief in the power of education and our mission.
You have:
- 1+ year of experience in marketing/sociological research
- knowledge of methodology for both qualitative and quantitative methods (questionnaires, focus group studies, competitor analysis)
- design thinking skills and customer-centric mindset
- knowledge of statistics at a basic level or higher
- ability to visualize complex information and draw conclusions
- strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- proficiency in working with Google Sheets
- at least Intermediate English or above
Will be a plus:
- previous experience with Data Studio
- work experience in Education and understanding its trends
- work experience in IT and understanding its trends
- experience in facilitating trainings or other educational events
Your responsibilities will include:
- development of research approaches for the organization
- conducting research on competitors, vacancies, trends
- collecting feedback from students and teachers (composing questionnaires, conducting individual and group interviews, etc.)
- tracking course success metrics, creating dashboards in Data Studio and Google Sheets
- search for ideas that will help the business grow
- support of team processes with necessary analytics and research
- working closely with our analytics community manager in developing a methodology for collecting data from alumni
