Competera uses Big Data and Deep Learning to change the way retailers do pricing. We are known for both cutting-edge math ‘under the hood’ and for deep expertise in the pricing domain. We are now looking for a Customer Support Manager to change the way we support the customers’ everyday needs.
What you will do:
Manage incoming customer inquiries
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues within defined SLAs
Seek for the best solution to address customer needs
Provide forehanded interactions between customers and different departments at Competera
Operate with Jira Service Desk, Intercom, Jenkins
Educate customers about Competera product
Support the Knowledge Base
Starter-kit needed to join the board:
1 + year of Customer Service experience
Advanced English (written and spoken) is a must
Conflict management skills and maintain a professional composure
Strong desire to be part of a team achieving personal and company goals
Readiness to shift schedule (no night shifts)
Pleasant extras:
Experience with Jira, Intercom, Jenkins
Basic SQL knowledge
