AltexSoft is looking for a data researcher to join our team. Your main focus will be on automating the outreach process and creating a detailed database of potential clients (leads), which will be a foundation for highly personalized proactive contacting. Along the way, you will closely cooperate with the outbound lead generation manager and sales representatives.

Requirements:

  • Good written English
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Basic analytic and research skills, a basic understanding of standardization and classification principles
  • Have an interest in sales and marketing
  • Be able to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Be a proactive learner
  • Be attentive to details
  • Be excited about technology and business developments
  • Good to have knowledge of Zoho CRM, Integromat, Lemlist, Expandi Reply.io, Snow.io, Clearout, Phantombuster

Responsibilities:

  • Search for leads according to the predefined client profile
  • Search for new channels of communication with potential clients
  • Collect information about potential clients’ needs, preferences, business, and technical pain points, and contact details
  • Maintain leads database via storing verified leads’ contact details to CRM
  • Make client segmentation for personalized email, LinkedIn, and phone campaigns
  • Automate outreach campaigns
  • Gather and classify clients’ feedback, analyze outreach campaign performance, and report results to the outbound lead generation manager
