Event manager at CAPS Business School

CAPS currently looking for a full-time Event Manager to join our growing company.

THE ROLE:

• Managing CAPS Business School events aimed to drive business goal attainment, including but not limited to lectures, CEO panels/breakfasts, alumni events, as well as external events presence
• Lead conceptualization and strategic planning for events, advising on format, structure, content, target audience
• Event budget, event calendar management, and competitive research for assigned projects
• Execute event logistics, including contract negotiation, invitation lists, catering, vendor management, promotions, and other event-related responsibilities
• Running lead capture with event registration pages, customer invites, follow up communications, and satisfaction screening
• Report on results and analyze attendance and satisfaction metrics to drive continuous improvement in events 
• Collaborating with:
  • the Product Development department to create the most engaging learning and entertaining experiences during events, test hyphotesis provided by department (topics, formats, audience)
  • the Marketing and Communications department to promote the events, helping in brand awareness, developing CAPS’ community 
  • the Sales department to establish events as a lead generation funnel 

WHAT YOU NEED:

• University degree 
• Practical training/event industry experience, at least 2 years
• Deep understanding of Ukrainian business landscape to involve the most experienced and demanded speakers
• Approaching every project with a human-centered, design thinking mindset
• Ability to strategize at a high level supported by applicable tactics, work smart in a fast-paced, high-growth environment 
• Articulate and possess excellent verbal, written communications and strong interpersonal skills
• Developed budget management, negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills
• Fluency in Russian & Ukrainian is essential. Advanced level in English
