Your role :
As Head of Content & Data quality, you are responsible for leading a team dedicated to identifying the best flex companies worldwide, sourcing/aggregating their jobs and working conditions and monitoring the accuracy and precision of Jobgether’s content.
Key Responsibilities :
Working with sales and marketing, identify flex companies to be aggregated on the platform
Define and implement best in class automated and semi automated content acquisition tools and methods
Lead our data acquisition capability for flex companies and job offers
Set-up processes to make sure all our data is relevant: job reference, location, skills, flexibility criterias, etc.
Build and run reporting on content acquisition and moderation metrics, create consistency across multiple reports and identify improvement opportunities
Lead and supervise our content enrichment and moderation teams
Create and maintain dashboards to monitor our supply (job offers), adapt our supply based on our demand
Identify automation and efficiency opportunities and lead the charge in transforming manual processes into automated change
Perform deep dive analysis into trending issues and anomalies in data
Make large-scale recommendations to leadership and product teams based on analysis results
Consider the job seeker experience in every facet of your work
Who You Are :
5+ years work experience with an emphasis on project management, business intelligence, data analysis, operations or related field
Strong skills in project management and leadership
Experience with data visualization and building automated dashboards
Able to deliver clear and succinct interpretations of data in a manner accessible to all relevant Indeed teams
Self-starter, intellectually curious and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Must be organized, positive, proactive, and results-oriented
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Multicultural mindset
Fluent in English
