Head of Educational Project at StrategEast

StrategEast  is looking for a passionate person with experience managing educational programs in BigTech Companies and who is able to manage and execute an ambitious educational agenda in Central Asia, Caucasus and East Europe in collaboration with top universities, Ministries of Education and world-famous IT companies.

Our candidate is an experienced, ambitious and self-motivated professional, who knows how to develop and implement the highly effective, focused, sustainable and scalable education projects with delivering impact at local levels and have the potential to unlock greater change. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project planning and quality implementation.
• With the support of the Countries Education Coordinators and Educational Partners, develop specific strategies for cross-cutting themes (capacity building, gender equality, inclusive groups, etc.) for the program.
• Maintain open and effective communication amongst all Parties and project team members.
• Oversee day-to-day coordination and delivery of project activities in line with the program work-plan and in full coordination with project staff and national and local authorities as well as other partners.
• Work with the finance and grants teams to provide financial and technical management to ensure the best use of resources by preparing sound budgets, monitoring project expenses and ensuring timely submission of financial reports to the donors.
• Manage and evaluate project staff performance.
• Any other duties as assigned by the organization’s management to enable and develop related educational programs.

Position Reports to: President of Organization.
