We are currently looking for an experienced and capable Head of Infrastructure to join our team and help us optimize our processes as we continue to scale rapidly.

What will you be doing?

• Manage IT, Cloud Infrastructure and Information Security teams.
• Create/build new processes for the teams.
• Prepare roadmaps, vision for the teams, and drive ongoing activities of the delivery process.
• Close collaboration with Product Engineering department for successful product delivery.
• Solve day to day operational activities like complex decisions making, risks management, budget planning,
• Participate in the Engineering Architecture design sessions.

What are we looking for?

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher (B2+).
• 3+ years experience as a Lead or Head position in similar areas.
• Strong skills of building and leading productive teams for goals achievements on several tracks
• Deep experience with modern DevOps stack:
  • AWS knowledge;
  • Application SDLC and CI/CD;
  • Infrastructure as a Code approach;
  • Familiar with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux.
• Hands-on experience in IT domain:
  • Assets management;
  • Internal IT process and tools (e.g. user/access management, SSO, HelpDesk);
  • ITIL.
• Hands-on experience in Information Security domain:
  • AWS cloud security;
  • Vulnerability management;
  • Familiar with tools for SAST, DAST, SIEM, etc.;
  • Familiar with GDPR or CCPA regulations.
• BS or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
