We’re looking for an HR Manager — a people person who will keep our team fresh and friendly by focusing on job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.
You’ll be asked to help ensure our incredible team is happy and fulfilled while working to add more great people to the Flowium.
We’re open to training and mentoring the right candidate, so please don’t worry if you haven’t been asked to do some of the things on this list before.
— Plan, implement and improve our company’s human resources program, such as our hiring process, onboarding, offboarding, team coordination, benefits, and more
— Create and update job descriptions and job posts for all of our positions
— Share job posts via different channels and find new ways to attract qualified candidates
— Assess potential candidates according to our company’s values and needs
— Conduct interviews with potential candidates
— Develop our interview test and test the potential candidates
— Onboard new employees and help prepare them to succeed at Flowium
— Schedule and conduct job evaluations and recommend pay revisions
— Schedule and help prepare our full-team monthly meetings
— Implement our employee benefits program
Here’s how your week will look like:

As our HR manager, you’ll represent Flowium when you communicate with applicants interested in working with us. You will be the face of our company, so professionalism, a sense of responsibility and strong attention to detail are essential.

— Communication Skills
You should have a passion and knack for communicating with people. Your role will primarily consist of hiring applicants and communicating with our team on a daily basis. You should be well-organized, accustomed to keeping records of all your conversations, and able to find the best communication channels to use with different people.
