Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in digital;
2. Knowledge and practical experience in the field of international law;
3. Knowledge and practical experience in the field of Polish and Ukrainian legislation;
4. Experience in negotiation and business correspondence;
5. Experience in drafting contracts/documents;
6. High professionalism, attentiveness, responsibility, organization, flexibility, resistance to stress, and the ability to work in multitasking mode;
7. English advanced.

Responsibilities:

1. Legal research in international corporate law and contracts drafting regarding international corporate company structure.
2. Structuring, drafting, and constant support of the system of company agreements (licensing, reseller, etc).
3. Work with Polish and Ukrainian legislation.
4. Legal research and conclusions drafting regarding international tax optimization issues.
5. Data privacy:

• Conducting of GDPR compliance process and ongoing support of it (DPA agreements drafting and conclusion with data processors, clients, web-site policies updating, GDPR emailing organization and marketing department advising; technical functionality requirements development etc.).
• Legal research in data protection legislation at the EU level, USA, Israel, Asia rest of the world.
