Junior Account Manager at Alliance Healthcare Solutions

We are looking for a highly motivated specialist for the position of Junior Account Manager.

Employee requirements:

• fluent English (advanced and above);
• experience with native speakers;
• strong analytical skills;
• fast computer work;
• ability to deal with non-standard situations;
• Experience in Excel, Word, and CRM preferred

Our clients are medical practitioners. Your tasks include:

• sending requests for authorization to the insurance companies;
• checking previously sent requests, updating information in the system in case of approval or denial;
• checking the eligibility of the insurance plans of the patients of the clinic;
• if you find any type of problems during the week, you collect them in a separate list and send them to the client on Mondays;
• filling out a report on the productivity of clinic doctors and sending them to the owner;

Our position does not imply a call center. You will spend minimal time answering customer calls (5−10 minutes a day). Sometimes you may need calls to the insurance company (special cases), which also do not take much time. Most of the communication happens through email, slack, text, and WhatsApp.
