A motivated Junior Event Specialist is needed to grow the MacPaw team!
Our ideal candidate possesses a wide range of abilities and traits, including creativity, empathy, the capacity to handle several projects, and attention to detail.
In this role, you will:
You will be responsible for bringing many online and offline events to life, uniting and engaging our teammates!
- Execute, manage, and host hybrid and offline/online MacPaw events
- Assist with the quality control of provided events
- Constantly research relevant vendors and event trends
- Cooperate with outside vendors for the company’s events
- Prepare and maintain brand merchandise
- Create and manage events timelines and calendar
- Work in close cooperation with the Event Manager
- Report on the conducted events
Skills you’ll need to bring:
- Experience in organizing offline/online and hybrid events from scratch
- Confident usage of Zoom, Notion, Trello, Сanva, and G-Workspace services
- Strong organizational skills
- Eager to creativeness and implement innovations
- Responsible, with excellent time-management and planning skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent written and oral English and Ukrainian languages
- Upper-Intermediate and higher English

- Location in Kyiv
