Eyzenberg & Company – the USA industry’s leading ground lease & capital advisory firm.

What you will be doing: 

  • Executing financial analyses and conducting finance-related transactions.
  • Assisting with the creation of financing packages and underwriting models for existing transactions.
  • Conducting market research as well as compiling comparison reports about rent, sales, and construction, using CoStar, YardiRCA, etc. for existing transactions.
  • Assisting with deal placement efforts and identifying financing availability for deals in the market.
  • Collaborating with Senior Brokers on prospect and capital outreach.
  • Reaching out to clients via email about round lease advisory and ground lease fund disciplines – communicating with clients, assisting clients with their needs, and providing them with relevant information.
  • Creating standard reports, and Excel sheets.
  • Other possible tasks.

Requirements:

  • Ongoing/complete Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Real Estate.
  • Excellent English skills – you’ll communicate with native English speakers, so we expect you to have a minimum of an Advanced level and for sure we don’t want to see or hear any mistakes.
  • Analytical skills – you can analyze, structure, and work with the financial data, and come up with conclusions based on the information you receive. You are expected to demonstrate financial statement awareness, such as working with Excel spreadsheets, finance data, software tools, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent attention to detail – you should be the person who cares about every small detail while working with numbers.
  • Adaptability & intelligence – you’ll need to quickly adapt to work with various digital tools and new information.
  • You are resilient, smart, outgoing, optimistic, and committed to success – the company is proud of the environment and the culture they were able to create, and would like a junior specialist to share these expectations.

Not necessary but will be a plus: 

  • It would be nice to have an understanding of US culture specifics to efficiently communicate with clients.
  • Understanding the commercial real estate industry would be your advantage.
  • Previous work experience within the fields (administration, finance, real estate) would be your advantage.

Working hours:

You’ll need to adjust your schedule to have at least 5 overlapping hours with Eyzenberg & Company’s team between 9 am and 5 pm EST (Miami time), the remaining 3 working hours can be flexible.

What we offer: 

  • Full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2). For this vacancy, we consider only senior last-year students and recent graduates. We will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.
  • You will be provided with training on managing transaction processes, and support in the first month.
