Lanteria is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our stellar Sales & Marketing team in Kyiv, Ukraine.
The job involves the following responsibilities:
- Generate outbound leads and demand to fill the pipeline
- Identify, engage and qualify prospects to develop opportunities
- Regularly track and report on leads and growth KPIs
- Leverage multiple data sources to develop hypotheses and execute rapid test learn strategies
- Providing data-driven growth recommendations
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team on pursuing various digital channels to drive traffic and generate qualified leads
Who we think will be a great fit:
- Having extensive experience across outbound marketing and lead generation
- 3+ years of experience at advertising, or digital agency or working in digital marketing, sales or e-commerce
- Expertise in lead generating tools and strategies
- Being result-oriented with an eye for detail but excited about driving innovation and testing new strategies and channels
- Advanced English both written and spoken, excellent communication skills
We will be excited by:
- Working experience in a technology company / B2B software
- Proficiency with MailChimp, Phantombuster, Snovio, Dux-Soup / other outbound marketing tools
