As a PMU Junior Analyst, you will get a chance to assist with projects advancing recovery in a broad range of sectors. Based at our office in Kyiv, you will provide analytical support to a team of managers, project designers and implementing partners working in a truly global team (3 time zones) across Ukraine, the UK and Canada. We take the security of our staff seriously and, therefore, adapt our working practices to the current security situation, which we continuously re-evaluate.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A motivated energetic individual with strong analytical and research skills. A self-starter, able to work with a large volume of information and summarize it for stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Political Studies, International relations or another relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
- Superior command of English. British English will be your main working language as well as the working language of the client
- Native Ukrainian to research the local sources of information
- Good analytical skills
- Strong presentation skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint / Prezi, or any other presentation software
- We don’t require years of experience, but energy and resilience are the key
- Ability to work independently in a remote working environment.
- Proactive problem-solver. This one is really important.
- Ability to work from the office in Kyiv (or from Ukraine at the minimum).
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to the Country Director, you will be responsible for researching information, expertise, contacts, organisations, etc. Duties will include the visualization processes, preparation of presentation materials in PowerPoint or other programs.
Amongst other duties, the PMU Junior analyst will be responsible for:
- Data collection and analysis
- Stakeholders mapping
- Assisting with other analyst tasks as required
