Producer at CAPS

CAPS currently looking for a full-time Producer to join our growing company.

THE ROLE:

• Being responsible for involving world-class professors, entrepreneurs, and top managers as lecturers:
  • developing the criteria for lecturers selection
  • ensuring the recruitment process is multi-staged 
  • using hiring tools, the personal network and best practices of CAPS Business School to attract lecturers
• Partnering with Methodologist to develop courses’ curriculums, screening lecturers’ experience and expertise required for a specific course 
• Establishing a system to maintain long-term rapports with lecturers
• Hands-on scheduling and logistics (including transfer and accommodation) related to lecturer’s staying in CAPS
• Allocating the necessary resources for training in CAPS (equipment, etc.)
• Actively collaborating with the Marketing department on promoting CAPS Business School lecturers

WHAT YOU NEED:

• University degree 
• Practical training/learning industry experience, at least 2 years
• Project management experience
• Approaching every project with a human-centered, design thinking mindset
• Fluency in Russian & Ukrainian is essential. Fluent English
• Fantastic engagement and presentation skills to communicate CAPS vision to key stakeholders
• Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with a variety of business schools’ professors, top managers, and entrepreneurs from a range of backgrounds, quickly establishing lasting working relationships
• Ability to network via social media and other professional platforms
