The Gradient is looking for designers that see User Experience far behind the screens and believe there are no boundaries between UX and UI design.
You will work in close collaboration with agency partners and product stakeholders, involved in every aspect of the product design process, from brainstorming product ideas to tweaking pixels right before the launch.
? What you will do:
You’ll work in the team with Agency Partners, Product Marketers, and Business Analysts to create valuable digital experiences. You will be focused on creating the user experience, including competitor analysis, studying user needs, functionality and the visual part of the product.
In this role, you will be working directly with clients during the full life cycle of building the digital product — from research and ideation to the final deliverables and launch, with an emphasis on iterations, frequent validation with end users, and creatively approaching constraints.
? Who you are:
A strong candidate will have 4+ years of design experience on consumer-friendly interactive products, with a great portfolio that shows deep product design skills, both UX and UI.
You’ll be able to show us how previous projects delivered value, elaborate on the reasoning and individual contributions, and point out how you used your skills (design, communication, interpersonal, etc.) along the way. Also, you are a “T-shaped person”, who has a product success-oriented mindset.
?English skills of Upper Intermediate or higher are required.
