Project manager (organization of all the events/help and work with current projects) & Team assistant (productive, inspiring, and close work with UCGA Team)
Role and responsibilities:
Project manager: organization of all the events/help and work with current projects
Organization of board meetings (location rental, catering/food, water, office staff);
Organization of all the events (education, club meetings, parties, presentations, forums, etc.): development of the content and ideas of the events, step by step realization, work with subcontractors, active presence and control on the days of the events, etc.)
Work with printing (ordering, organizing delivery, picking up, document control)
Search and purchase of airline tickets for professors
Organization of transfer for professors
Buying gifts for professors/speakers / guests
Organization of accommodation for professors/students
Formation of “training bags” for students before the start of training (search, order, delivery, final assembly)
Work with loaders (call, payment, control/presence)
Other
Team assistant: productive, inspiring, and close work with UCGA Team.
Ensuring the vitality of the office;
Control of monthly payments for renting an office, warehouse, transfer of invoices to an accountant
Work with courier services (call, send/receive, document control)
Assistance in writing presentations, posts, articles;
Sending invitations to the events of the academy;
Creation and preparation of all documents for board meetings together with Executive Director;
Fixing tasks and reminding about them to Executive Director, informing about deadlines, meetings, trips and other business events;
Making follow-ups after calls and meetings;
Preparation of meetings, negotiations, presentations requiring Executive Director participation
Preparation of a weekly digest on the news in the world of corporate governance, relevant events, laws, etc;
Execution of other instructions of Executive Director within work frameworks;
Help with current tasks of the team during projects;
Key requirements (qualifications and skills):
English language – advanced;

Organizational skills;

Presentable look, sense of style;
Readiness for a lot of work and new challenges;
Ability to quickly process information and complete tasks in a short time;
Punctuality and adherence to deadlines;

Demonstrated ability to oversee and effectively communicate with the team, Board, partners, contractors collaborate with the team;
