Recruiting Sourcer at Surprise

What will you be doing?

• Sourcing candidates for open positions;
• Working with the recruiting team to optimize recruitment systems;
• Working closely with other recruiters and sourcers to efficiently reach daily, weekly, and monthly quotas;
• Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks.

What are we looking for?

• General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
• Intermediate English or higher (B1+);
• Knowledge of X-ray, Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn search, GitHub, Stack Overflow.

What skills will come in handy?

• Experience in IT researching/sourcing or after courses;
• Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques.
