Intro
Merge is rapidly growing and widespread in its services. Right now we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
We’re searching for someone who knows how to get people’s interest with their designs and, most importantly, how to retain it. Someone that doesn’t deal in absolutes but knows how to play with nuances.

🎯 Requirements
- Marketing focused designer;
- At least 3 years of experience in design;
- Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English;
- Experience in web design;
- Strong enterprise focused portfolio (remember to include it when you send your CV);
- Excellent knowledge of visual design rules and principles, modern web design trends;
- Fluent with Figma, Illustrator, Adobe (components, auto-layout, prototypes);
- Be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
🧰 Responsibilities
- Brand identity;
- Logo design;
- 2D vector illustrations & icons in Adobe illustrator;
- Pitch decks, ad banners, and other marketing visuals;
- Website design improvements;
- Creatives for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Telegram, etc.)

✨ Hiring Process
- Pre-screen interview with a recruiter for 45 minutes;
- Test task, after which we will give you detailed feedback, and you can add this work to your personal portfolio;
- Technical interview with Motion&Graphic Lead and Head of Design up to 60 minutes.
