We require a responsible and attentive to details person with good both spoken and written English (upper-intermediate).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer or similar;
- Extensive experience in B2C portals, e-commerce, SAAS, CRM, B2B solutions;
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle;
- Fluency in user-centered design principles and techniques;
- Fluency in best practices for information architecture and design for web, mobile, and desktop applications;
- Fluency in working with prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, InVision etc);
- Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, user research, information architecture, wireframes creation and prototyping, heuristic evaluation, etc
Non-technical Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interaction skills (facilitation, team work, conflict resolution)

- Flexible to change, and willing to adapt with client and team needs

Would be a plus:
- Experience as a team leader;
- Experience in presales/discovery activities;
- Experience with travel domain;
- Workshops facilitation, design sprints conducting, etc;
- Experience using web analytics and statistical tools;
- Experience in performing split-testing and usability testing;
- Product management extensive experience
