Job description:
NEST Project comprises different startup acceleration programs and initiatives for startups. NEST connects startups with corporates, mentors, donors and potential partners. A startup project manager will be responsible for scouting startups in Ukraine and worldwide, understanding their needs, managing and working with databases, creating surveys and reports.
In addition, the activities will include communication with partners, corporations and will be at the intersection with event management.
The usual workflow will also include:
- Creating extensive internal and external networks through multiple channels, including relevant international meetings/conferences in order to meet and access talent
- Executing strategy to foster a rich startups’ pipeline directly linked to key verticals/industries
- Liaising with key stakeholders and internal/external partners to understand the requirements
- Сreating startup database.
- Managing and updating databases.
- Working independently, preparing project status reports & formal presentations as required.
Requirements:
- Experience of pipeline development using CRM
- Experience in scouting and working with startups
- Familiar with startup culture and startup world
- Familiar with the key players on the market and ability to build relationships with them
- Previous experience within startup programs is a plus
- Good Project manager skills
- Good oral and written English
- Background in analytics is a plus
