BetterMe is looking for experienced Talent Sourcer. Apply for the position to join our team and to help people from all over the world create happiness within.
ABOUT YOU:
- At least 6 months of experience as an IT Recruiter/Researcher/Sourcer;
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);
- Knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other online channels;
- Experience in Market Research and analysis, exploring the salary ranges;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High level of self-organization, responsibility, and sociability.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Working closely with recruitment specialists on different vacancies;
- Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks;
- Communication with candidates (cold emails, LinkedIn, etc.);
- Searching for new contacts and maintaining the Database.
