We are growing and looking for a motivated Talent Sourcer to join our team and help us find the best instructors for our courses! We are passionate about bringing elite-level education to the masses and are looking for people with the same enthusiasm.

Our ideal candidate:

– you have strong critical thinking and analytical skills
– you are passionate about learning and always look for a better way to do things
– you have completed courses in sourcing/recruiting
– you have strong research skills
– you always keep up with emerging business trends and what’s happening in the job market
-you are an experienced user of LinkedIn and team collaboration tools like Google, Asana

What you’ll do:

– use LinkedIn and social media to find the best speakers for our online courses
– draw up a sourcing strategy
– find potentially interesting candidates and communicate with them
do market research
– fill in the ATS correctly for the convenience of the whole team
– look for new tools and constantly optimize your work
– use all possible sourcing tools and techniques to successfully fill a vacancy
