UX Researcher at Merge Development

Intro

We are a product-oriented design and development team specializing in fintech solutions, SaaS platforms, and mobile app design. We’re looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join our client’s team — Enterprise SaaS for Recruitment, Series C round with $170+mln founding. The work will be under the client’s management, with the UK office and the client’s strong team (CPO — ex. PayPal, Head of Design — ex. Intel).

🧰What you will be doing?

• Conduct user research;
• Work closely with the product and design teams to build research plans that answer key questions, and provide actionable insights;
• Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies;
• Conduct ongoing user research and feedback collection;
• Identify the best methods for user research based on stakeholder questions, goals, and timelines;
• Manage insights and deliver them to the product team.

🎯What is needed?

• 2+ years of experience in UX Research;
• Experience in working on the international product;
• English is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including facilitation of stakeholder discussions and workshops;
• Knowledge of User Experience Research methods (surveys, personas, lab studies, diary studies, usability studies, focus groups, ethnographies, etc.);
• Experience with remote tools to conduct a research study.
