Finance Partnership Coordinator oversees financial management and program support for Oxfam’s partnerships. Key duties include assessing partner financial capabilities, ensuring compliance with Oxfam and donor guidelines, and maintaining accurate records. Role involves reviewing financial reports, collaborating with program teams, leading capacity-building sessions, and supporting audits. Regular field visits, partner communication, and updating records are required.
