Marchenko Partners Law Firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our friendly and result-oriented Team.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
– Fluent English;
– A proactive nature;
– Good problem-solving skills;
– Excellent written and oral communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Supporting the daily operation of the Office;
– Providing secretarial service, including legal correspondence, contracts, agreements;
– Answering and forwarding telephone inquiries;
– Making mailing orders and preparing the documents for the delivery;
– Maintaining and ordering office supplies;
– Receiving invoices and reviewing them for accuracy;
– Providing administrative support, including copying and scanning;
– Planning and scheduling appointments, conferences, meetings, and travel arrangements for Team members;
– Providing direct support to the CEO by conducting research, assisting with special projects;
– Fulfilling other tasks as assigned by the CEO and Partners.
