Billing Officer (Cashier) at Pechersk School International

We invite you to join the PSI  team for the Billing Officer (Cashier) position.

Responsibilities: 

• Performing and sending invoicing for customers within a specified time period in 1C system
• Calculating the number of bills and taxes, drafting the necessary supporting information
• Dealing with clients’ requests regarding invoices and payments
• Control of timely payments by clients for services and goods
• Creating and maintaining the database of all clients for billing and receiving payments
• Creating of acts of provided services in 1C on a monthly basis
• Providing a bank with copies of documents for enrollment of currency payments
• Work with a cash register
• Participation in the development of 1C improvement in your area of work
• Completing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

Profile:

• You have at least 3 years experience as an accountant/cashier
• You have a good 1C 8.0, Microsoft Excel knowledge
• You are familiar with electronic equipment, like a cash register
• You are comfortable with figures
• You are a team player and you can work independently as well
• You are a customer satisfaction-oriented person
• You have a high school degree in accounting/finance
• You can manage multiple projects concurrently
• You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Working hours: from 8.00 to 17.00 – Monday – Friday.

Salary: 25000 UAH.
