Now we are looking for an ambitious specialist to join our team as Business Development Manager in Treasury department who will be responsible for building relationships with financial institutions. • Proven track record of successful challenging task completion;
• Deep knowledge of English;
• 1-2 years of work experience in international company;
• Presentation and business correspondence skills;
• Communication and negotiation skills: can find a common ground with any person – understand the concepts of empathy and emotional intelligence and know how to both yield and insist on your own mind on an issue;
• Self-organization, multitasking, resistance to challenges – understands how “done” is different from “do”;
• Ability to achieve goals, solution-oriented – can keep in mind several tasks at the same time and always finish them with high quality;
• High literacy and can find appropriate words in any situation.

Responsibilities:

• Support and development of relationship with bank representatives;
• Getting the best terms of cooperation from partners;
• Participate in conferences and affiliate banking events in abroad for communication with clients;
• Operate with large scope of information and data;
• Preparation of documents;
• Business correspondence.
