Cloud Engineer at Allvue

Your Responsibilities

• Ticket queue.
• Basic documentation
• User onboarding\support (developers)
• Ticket initial recon and info enrichment
• Lots of Learning!

What We Need

• Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science
• Requirements: Basic networking
• Basic Knowledge of ITIL Principles, Agile and DevOps practices
• Understanding of scripting\programming principles
• (PowerShell or .Net would be a plus)
