You will work in a fast-paced (yet informal and easy-going) environment of financial trading and fintech 🤑, with €1mln+ in trading capital, behind a team of co-founders with 30+ years of combined experience and direct report to Mykyta Barabanov.

Responsibilities 🏋️‍♀️

We believe in lean processes – you will direclty contribute to developing a company character through:

• PR, Media Outreach & Reputation Management
  • Establish & Maintaining presence on relevant niche website
  • Monitoring brand mentions and around brand communication
• Competitors Research & Analysis
• Marketing Communication Optimisation Across Channels (email, sm, niche-websites)
• Working with Content & Product Owners to build and execute appealing marketing campaigns
• Social Media Managegement & Strategy
• Help with Website Improvements (CTAs, A/B Testing, etc)
• Work with CMO on executing on-site, off-stie SEO strategy

Requirements

• Understanding of Basic Markeing Project Management
• Willingness and capacity to learn Marketing Tools: (or alternatives):
  • Marketing Project management (Notion)
  • Intermidiate SEO (Ahrefs, Semrush, etc)
  • Basic CMS (WordPress) management
• 1.5+ Years Digital Marketing Experience
• Excellent Written & Oral Command in:
  • English (fluent, near-native)
  • other languages is a plus
• Communication skills
  • Increase revenue by establishing relationships with relevant industry players, while improving existing relationships
• Interest in Growth Hacking
  • Driving relevant traffic to brand properties using ingenuity while operating under high pressure and small budgets
• Basic Computer Literacy
  • Google Suit
  • Email
  • IM’s
• University Degree is a plus – as long as it’s relevant. 😉
