We’re seeking a professional experienced with emailing campaigns, superb English, and excellent copywriting skills to work in a friendly international team of fast-growing European digital platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement email marketing campaigns;
Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling (it will be needed to do it in several languages);
Ensure that the emails are mobile, desktop and tablet friendly;
Manage and build overall email marketing strategy;
Test every campaign’s success (A/B tests);
Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes;
Seek for new databases for lead generation in the different countries;
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements;
Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts;
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field;
Fluent English;
Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics;
Knowledge of Google Analytics;
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
Knowledge of Email Marketing Platforms (e.g. SendGrid, Mailchimp or others);
Knowledge of Delivery rates and email marketing KPI’s;
Familiarity with analytical and database tools;
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills;
Strong project management skills;
An ability to work under tight deadlines;
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
Knowledge regarding GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation);
As a plus:
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field;
Fluent in one more language besides English and Ukrainian/Russian;
