Growth Marketing Manager at WaveUp

We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to drive revenue & new customer growth through channel optimization and creative testing.

Your role:

• Plan, execute and optimize marketing strategies
• A/B test growth tactics and build launch plans
• Lead paid & organic acquisition, including but not limited to SEM, PPC, Content, Email, Partnerships
• Test top-of-funnel/awareness media such as video and traffic campaigns
• Create and manage multi-channel analytics (GA, Zapier, Monday.com)
• Discover new and innovative ways to scale revenue and improve ROI

Qualifications:

• Proven success of building full-stack marketing funnels
• Knowledge in executing cross channel campaigns
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs ( CAC, CPL, LTV and ROI)
• Expertise with Webflow/Wordpress, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Google sheets
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable in a rapid test and learn approach to scale results
• Ability to curate / troubleshoot data from multiple sources, unpacking both quantitative and qualitative insights
• Team player with Exceptional communication skills
• Hands-on, ready to jump in and create value
• 3+ years marketing experience
