We would be happy to meet:
- T-shaped digital marketer
- who has a broad understanding of tools and channels (helicopter view)
- with experience in content marketing and SEO optimized content
- and a growth hacking mindset
We suppose you were working with SAAS companies/products before so you are already into the startup world or really close to it.
Short-term goals for this position:
- Plan and launch the blog as a lead generation channel (you create and negotiate strategy, then you manage copywriting and other supplies to make it happen)
- Align blog’s KPI with the company’s strategy and deliver them constantly
- Cooperate with PPC agency to help them get the best result (work on creatives, offers, messaging etc)
- Own the website funnel — so you test hypotheses relentlessly, optimize conversions, analyze and repeat
Long-term goals:
- Create and launch content projects on Product Hunt
- Build a trusted network of part-timers to help you and boost marketing needs
- Create KPI’s for social media accounts and manage to deliver
We need your English to be fluent, and your attitude to be proactive.
Awesomic is a young and creative team, all-around 25 y.o., with a non-toxic work ethic. So we’d like an open-minded and positive person to join who is passionate about marketing and startups.
Also, Awesomic is a remote-first company with an office working in co-working mode in Kyiv. Marketing person is better to be onboarded offline in the office, at least for the first few weeks.
Salary is negotiable due to your skills and experience.
