Requirements:

• Fluent German (verbal and written, C1)
• Ability to learn fast Initiative and desire to work

Main responsibilities:

• Accept incoming calls and chats
• Consult new clients about products, discounts, payment options etc.
• Sell company’s product
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment
