What you’ll be doing<\/strong><\/p>\n

As our Fraud Data Analyst, you’ll be the person who secures the future of digital payments by architecting sophisticated real-time defense strategies. <\/p>\n

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:<\/p>\n

    Architect Real-Time Strategies<\/strong> \u2013 You will be responsible for our real-time decisioning engine, designing and deploying logic that combines ML scores with velocity features to make millisecond decisions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Precision Rule Development<\/strong> \u2013 Translate complex fraud patterns into high-performing rules, optimizing the balance between False Positive Rates (FPR) and Gross Fraud Loss.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Deconstruct Payment Fraud<\/strong> \u2013 Proactively hunt for emerging schemes (ATO, social engineering) and turn these insights into end-to-end mitigation strategies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Optimize the Decisioning Stack<\/strong> \u2013 Partner with Product and Engineering to define analytical requirements for new features and third-party data signals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Calibrate ML & Heuristics<\/strong> \u2013 Work with Data Science to operationalize machine learning models, determining how to best «wrap» model scores with heuristic rules.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Champion Frictionless UX<\/strong> \u2013 Analyze security measures to identify unnecessary hurdles, designing dynamic friction strategies for a seamless user experience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Strategic Performance Reporting<\/strong> \u2013 Monitor rule efficacy and portfolio health, presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to evolve our risk appetite.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Who we’re looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Experience<\/strong> \u2013 You have between 3 and 7 years of professional experience, specifically within the risk, payments, or credit sectors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Technical Proficiency<\/strong> \u2013 You are highly skilled in SQL and Python for data analysis and strategy development.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Domain Expertise<\/strong> \u2013 You have a solid understanding of payment fraud dynamics and experience working with real-time decisioning environments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Communication<\/strong> \u2013 You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Nice to Have<\/strong> \u2013 Experience with Machine Learning, Data Science, PySpark, or GraphQL knowledge is a significant plus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
