    Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    You will play a key role in building and developing the Mindly<\/strong> product. This is more than just writing code \u2014 it\u2019s about deep user understanding, product thinking, and effective collaboration with a cross-functional team.<\/p>\n

    You\u2019ll work closely with Product Team and \u0421EO in order to:<\/p>\n

    • \n

      deeply understand user needs and their most pressing problems<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      shape and evaluate potential solutions to these problems<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      contribute to the development of AI-powered experiences, including workflows and the AI Companion that helps users who are interested in mental health support but are not yet ready to start therapy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      use AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery, experimentation, and product discovery<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      You will become a true \u201cProduct Engineer\u201d<\/strong>, someone who fully understands code, design, the user, and the business. Working independently, you\u2019ll drive the entire development cycle: from identifying the problem to launching the finished solution into production.<\/p>\n

      Your skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • \n

        3+ years of experience working with React.js and Node.js (we\u2019re using TypeScript, React.js, Redux Toolkit, Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Product thinking<\/strong> focused on solving user problems, not just on technical solutions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Experience building AI-powered products, LLM workflows, RAG systems, AI agents, or other AI-native applications or<\/strong> extensive experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily engineering workflow<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to design scalable, maintainable systems<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Ability to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Experience in mobile app development will be a huge plus<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
