Online education is one of the fastest growing markets. Now it is a blue ocean, in which no one really knows how to swim. But in 10 years the majority of students will receive new skills online only.
We entered Ukrainian market more than 4.5 years ago. Since then, students from more than 40+ countries have taken our courses. We trained employees of Google, Vodafone, Pepsi and other top companies. We have already become leaders in Ukraine. Next is the whole world and English-speaking market as a priority.
The number of our educational products is steadily growing, recently we have launched creative courses via one of our projects, SKVOT platform, in English as well. So we need an education project manager (a.k.a. producer).
Responsibilities:
- search for interesting and competent tutors for new projects
- improve the content of courses with speakers and instructional designers
- develop course materials (landings, ads along with our creative team)
- analyze course metrics and feedback from students along with marketers, sales-managers and customer-service and implement according improvements
You are just a good fit if:
- you know how to manage projects or you REALLY want to learn how to do it
- you have leadership skills
- you are a critical thinker

- you can clearly explain tasks to other people and monitor their execution
- worked in an international company or lived in English-speaking country
What do we offer?
- Salary consists of the rate of 12000-15000 UAH + % per each course, on average 15000 – 25000 UAH. at the very start of your career as a producer
- Flexible schedule from 12am to 8 pm, few days a month you can work remotely
- Education: – all courses produced in LABA are free for our team; – compensation for external training and master-classes including English classes
- Benefits: – each week lottery with free tickets to the cinema, theater, lunch with a colleague, massage, etc.; – after six-month working we cover half of your payment for gym, swimming pool or yoga membership; – after one-year working we compensate the purchase of a laptop
